When will my high definition virtual tour be ready?

Once the property is photographed, the tour will be ready within 48 hours. You will receive 2 links to the tour. The first link is branded with all of your information and internet links and email. The second link is an MLS Compliant unbranded tour link. You will also receive still images at that time. All MLS postings and Realtor.com delivery (if requested) will happen during this time period as well.

How do I prepare for the virtual tour shoot?

Hide everything that is unsitely! Spacious, clean and bright rooms show the best. Remember that we shoot high definition and through the windows. Our photographers are trained to find dramatic views from the inside out. Windows, mirrors, and all shiny surfaces should be clean. Remember that neat and uncluttered is best.
